For many ranchers, there's little choice of where to slaughter and process their cattle if they want to control the distribution or sell their own butchered meat themselves. Callicrate Cattle Co. is the only feed yard in the region that slaughters on site with a USDA inspector. This provides ranchers with a high-quality involvement to customize their end product needs.
